2.PREPARATION OF SILICONE RAW MATERIALS:

Silicone Type Selection:

Choose between liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and high-temperature vulcanizing silicone (HTV) based on specific application requirements. Color Allocation: Incorporate color paste or color masterbatch to achieve the desired hue. Additives: Introduce functional additives, including antistatic agents, flame retardants, and high-temperature resistant agents, as necessary.

3.Molding process

Molding:

The silicone material is put into the mold and formed by heating and pressure.

Suitable for complex shapes and high precision products.

Injection molding:

Liquid silica gel (LSR) is injected into the mold by an injection machine.

Suitable for mass production and high precision products.

Extrusion Molding:

Using an extruder to shape silicone into continuous forms such as strips or tubes.

Ideal for products like silicone tubes and sealing strips.

Calendering Molding

Silicone is calendered into sheets or films, which are suitable for applications such as silicone gaskets and protective films

Post-Processing Techniques

Trimming: Removing flash and excess material after molding.

Surface Treatment:

Spray Coating: Enhancing surface gloss or adding special functionalities (e.g., anti-slip, anti-fouling).

Printing: Applying text, patterns, or logos onto the silicone surface.

Laser Engraving: Used for intricate patterns or text.
