When you purchase an instrument, the operation panel consists of four structures: graphic layer, circuit layer, spacer layer and adhesive layer. For some panels of poor quality, the graphic layer may fall off after use.

Our graphic overlay layer can be constructed from either polyester film (PET) or polycarbonate (PC), with a thickness varying between 0.1 mm and 0.5 mm. Surface treatment options encompass an anti-scratch coating (Hard Coat) or a fingerprint-resistant texture.   

Printing Process: UV-cured ink is utilized to produce icons, text, and gradient colors, achieving a resolution of up to 1200 dpi. Customization according to the Pantone color matching system is also supported.
